Making Choices

When choosing between things, how do we get the best outcomes, with the least risk and investment (of time, money, and work)?

Often, we start with 'just knowing' what we want and jump into selecting between the most obvious options. The outcome is rarely the best, in retrospect.

Another option might be to start at the other end, with how we hope to improve life. We must then look at HOW we might go about that, which in turn lets us objectively assess the options.  Prioritising the outcomes that are most important to us helps is find the one that is most likely to benefit us, as we hope.
